Where are Michael Vicks Dogs? The new improved Michael Vick House!

Abuse.Neglect.Everything.

“I would go fishing even if the fish weren’t biting, just to get away from the violence and stress of daily life in the projects.”-Michael Vick

Vick may not be strong enough to overcome his environment but Michael Vicks dogs are flourishing!

In their pictures you can see their sheer strength of character and absolute resolve which give us reasons to own a Bully Breed.

Keep reading and you will see how these miraculous Bully Breeds turned tragedy into triumph through adoption and they even provide us with some tips on how to stop dog fighting.

Nearly six years after being drafted as the #1 Draft Pick in the NFL, a joint force of local, state and federal authorities searched the Surry County property of Atlanta Falcon’s Quarterback Michael Vick. The authorities seized more than 70 dogs from the property and gathered evidence necessary for prosecution.

What happened to the Vick dogs was extreme abuse and catastrophe and many of them showed physical and mental signs of dog fighting, most were Pit Bulls and Bully Breeds of course.

It was later testified to that at least 8 different Pit Bulls were executed by Vick and a couple of his buddies; With drowning, hanging, shooting and electrocution being some of the methods the savage beast preferred…Among the reasons? Not being a good fighter. Yup, in other words, some Vick dogs were executed for being too nice. Clearly nobody gave Vick any tips on how to stop dog fighting.

Michael Vick was then indicted and sent to prison where he belonged. And while most would’ve expected the dogs to be unworthy or incapable of rehabilitation; They stunned all who doubted them by passing their ‘tests’ and have found their own happy place in the world creating their own remarkable adoption stories. Now their speaking out and even giving us their own Bully Breed dog fighting tips.

After what happened to Vicks dogs, the story took a turn and became absolutely inspirational once the property and PitBull pups were seized. An animal-rights group bought the old Vick dog fighting compound from a developer and turned it into the Good Newz Rehab Center for Chained and Penned Dogs, thanks to many small donations. They remodeled the 4,600 sq. ft. home to be dog-friendly with things like open spaces, rubber floors and even swimming pools for the hot days. Their currently collecting donations on their home-page to build a fence around the yard and allow the dogs to run free. Although they created all of these fantastic upgrades there are still 4 structures in the back yard that were left ‘as is’ to be a glaring reminder of the immense evil and carnage that took place.

Here is a short video about some of the Vick dogs now. Keep reading to see pictures and updates of some of the Bully Breeds and what their up to now.

Due to the unusually high amount of scarring it is believed she was what is known as a “bait dog“. She went for dental surgery and never woke up from the anesthesia. At least she went peacefully. RIP.
